Terms & Conditions
Please read before you visit. By purchasing a ticket or entering the property, you agree to the terms below.
1. Assumption of Risk
Tru-Vu Drive-In is an outdoor venue. By entering the property, guests acknowledge and assume the risks ordinarily associated with an outdoor drive-in theater, including but not limited to uneven terrain, vehicles in motion, low-light and nighttime conditions, insects, and weather exposure. Guests are responsible for supervising children and pets at all times.
2. Admission Is a Revocable License
A ticket grants a personal, revocable license to enter the property for a single showing. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the property, without refund, for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct, or for violation of these terms.
3. Vehicles & Personal Property
Tru-Vu Drive-In is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss involving vehicles or personal property while on the premises. Guests park and remain on the lot at their own risk.
4. Recording & Copyright Notice
Unauthorized recording, photographing, or transmission of any film shown at Tru-Vu Drive-In is strictly prohibited under federal copyright law and the terms of our film licensing agreements. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the property without refund and may be referred for legal action by the copyright holder or distributor.
5. Film Content & Ratings
Films are licensed from their respective distributors and are shown as rated by the Motion Picture Association. Tru-Vu Drive-In does not control and is not responsible for the content, themes, or run time of any licensed film. Ratings and content advisories are posted alongside showtimes; parental discretion is advised.
6. Showtimes & Changes
Features, showtimes, and gate times are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to distributor availability, technical issues, or weather. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via the Starlight List and our Facebook page ahead of any change.
7. Ticketing & Refunds
All ticket sales are final except in the case of a weather cancellation called by management, which will be honored with a rain-check per our posted policy. Re-entry after leaving the property requires a new ticket. Capacity is limited and admission is not guaranteed after the lot reaches capacity.
8. Conduct on the Lot
Headlights must be turned off once the show begins. Outside alcohol and illegal substances are prohibited. Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome in your vehicle; owners are responsible for their pet's behavior and cleanup. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighboring vehicles at all times.
9. Photography & Marketing
Tru-Vu Drive-In may photograph or film the property and lot atmosphere (wide shots, not individually-targeted close-ups) for use in marketing and social media. Guests who prefer not to be included in wide-shot marketing footage may notify staff at the gate.
10. Email & SMS (Starlight List)
Joining the Starlight List is optional and opt-in. We do not sell guest contact information to third parties. Guests may unsubscribe from email or SMS at any time using the link or reply instructions included in each message.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Tru-Vu Drive-In's liability for any claim arising from a visit to the property is limited, and guests attend at their own risk as described in Section 1.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute shall be venued in Delta County, Colorado, unless otherwise required by law.
